Dylan Stubbe currently serves as a coordinator in Magnolia ISD. He has previously been involved with implementing Strength and Conditioning programs for high schools in the DFW, Austin, and now the Houston area where he works with Magnolia and Montgomery High Schools. Coach Stubbe grew up going through Performance Course from the time he was in middle school and was a 2 time Star of the Year.

Dylan graduated from Tarleton with a degree in Kinesiology while interning under Rod Cole at Tarleton State. Dylan also worked Part-time for Performance Course throughout his time in college until Full-Time employment in 2018. Coach is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a USA Weightlifing Level l Certified Coach (USAW- 1). 

Coach Stubbe currently resides in Spring, Texas with his Wife Ashley, their son Hudson, and their two dogs Ellie and Piper.
