Cole Carter
Cole Carter serves as a coordinator at Plano East. He has also worked Performance Course at schools such as Allen ISD, Highland Park ISD, Mckinney ISD, Frisco Centennial, Sachse and Lovejoy.
Cole participated in Performance Course from age 7 through college and was a previous Star of the Year winner. He has worked part-time for Performance Course from 2014-2018 before making 2 stops coaching varsity football and baseball at Mesquite High School and Sherman High School. Performance Course has helped him form characteristics for success that he is passionate about passing on to young athletes.
Cole attended Allen High School winning multiple state championships before signing to play baseball at West Virginia University. He then played baseball at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and graduated from there in 2018. Cole lives in Dallas, Texas. His dad Mike Carter served as the offensive line and strength and conditioning coach at Allen for 20 years. His brother Tucker is the Offensive Coordinator and Strength Coach at Whitehouse High School.
