Ben has been full time with Performance Course since 2021 after a summer on staff. He coordinates the programs at Van Alstyne, Lucas Christian Academy, and TCS Post Grad, and serves as Facility Manager of the PC Training Center.

Ben played baseball at Lyon College, where he studied Business Administration, and stayed on to spend four years as an assistant baseball coach and assistant recruiting coordinator. After college coaching he spent a year as head of player development at 24/7 Line Drive.

Ben lives in Allen with his wife Emily and their two kids, Gianna and Leo. He loves to golf and to feed the ducks with the kids.
